How to Find & Apply for Scholarships

Students majoring in Agribusiness Economics & Management or Environmental and Water Resource Economics can apply for scholarships specific to their major in addition to scholarships available to students in the College of Agriculture, Life & Environmental Sciences and the U of A.

After being admitted and receiving a NetID, you can follow these steps to search and apply for scholarships:

  1. Complete the Free Application for Student Aid (FAFSA) first to maximize the number of scholarships available to you.
  2. Sign into Scholarship Universe to access the U of A scholarship hub. Scholarship Universe will connect you with all of the available scholarships that match your profile and academic plan, making it simple to find and apply for these funds.
    1. Review the list of CALES scholarships available in Scholarship Universe for an idea of what's offered.
  3. Scholarships A-Z offers a list of scholarships not affiliated with the university.
  4. Check in with the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid for more information about FAFSA, scholarships awards and renewal policies.
